OneScore: Credit Report and Education

Reimagined credit health management

OneScore provides a bird's eye view of all your credit and loan accounts under one app. The app helps to check and monitor credit score for free while sharing customised actions to help build a better credit record. This 2 year old app has embarked on a mission dedicated to credit education. 

The purpose of the redesign was to further simplify the consumption of the report and develop the architecture to align with business goals and mission.

UX Design process

The Business, Analytics, and Design teams collaborate closely throughout the production pipeline.

In my capacity as the lead UX designer, I conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather valuable insights. Analyzing user feedback and data, I made informed design decisions. I crafted site maps, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring alignment with both user research findings and overarching business goals. My iterative approach involved continuous development, testing, refinement, and repetition, creating a dynamic and user-centric design process.

300+ user interviews, 100+ interviews transcribed, 45+ hours spent with users and 15+ weeks of research spent in revamping the OneScore information architecture and user journeys

Simplifying Credit Report Consumption 

Onescore’s new architecture enhances the intuitiveness of credit report consumption, offering personalized insights and actions. This flexible and modular structure also allows OneScore to house new features and products.
